Biden Administration Retrospective

NSR Law Blog's principal author Eric Hiser recently wrote a retrospective on the Biden Administration EPA's NSR program initiatives for the Air & Waste Management Association's (A&WMA) magazine EM entitled Environmental Justice and New Source Review Developments During the Biden Administration. The article examines the environmental justice priorities of the Biden Administration, their effects on NSR, and underscores both significant changes and continuities within the NSR program.
